2024 Pricing Guide
*session prices are guaranteed upon securing your date with a booking deposit
2024 prices will be rated hourly with additional fees when required.

30 minute rate: $60
Hourly rate: $100
Travel outside Waterloo Region: $0.50/km
Location permits: client responsible for photography permit fees if required.
USB copy of session: $20 plus shipping
Build your own session. Refer to the charts below for recommended session times.
All print worthy images are edited and provided via digital download from your password protected gallery. Galleries are available for 3 months from time of final upload, you will receive a reminder email prior to your gallery going offline. You MUST download your images before your gallery goes offline. You may choose to purchase your session during this time on a USB flash drive for a cost of $20 plus shipping if required. Sessions requested after your Gallery goes offline will cost $40 to recover.
An Immediate Family Session includes family members from one household. Parent(s) and child(ren).
An Extended Family Session family members can include grandparents, great grand parents, adult siblings and cousins.
A mini session for children only is limited to siblings, perfect for themed sessions (birthdays, holidays)
Maternity sessions are done on location, and typically include two outfits/locations. May include children or pets
Newborn Sessions are done in your home. Newborn sessions typically last 4 hours.
Cake Smash/First Birthday are currently done in your home or outdoor location. Typically parents plan for two outfits, a first birthday suit and then a cake smash outfit, we will alter the set up slightly to reflect the two different pictures. Star of the show only for these images please, feel free to add on a family mini session.
Special Event/Occasion (Baby Showers, Engagement Party, Anniversary, Reunion, etc.)
Engagement Sessions Engagement sessions are free if you book a wedding. Typically include two locations/outfits
Weddings: Core Day $500 includes coverage of the ceremony and formal wedding party/family pictures only. All edited images will be provided via digital download from your password protected gallery hosted on a professional site, as well as one usb flash drive or SD card. Multiple locations allowed. All print worthy images are edited and provided. All edits also provided in Black and White. $200 deposit required to secure your wedding session, non refundable but may be transferred to another session.
To include coverage of wedding parties getting ready in the morning add $250
To include coverage of reception (speeches, dancing, cake cutting, etc.) add $250
